A customer with a Krone semi-trailer had a burst air suspension bellows next to the A1 motorway near Bremen. He sent us his coordinates, together with the vehicle registration document, before we organised a suitable replacement and sent the mechanic to his location to carry out the replacement. That way we could safe the company the time and money of a towing service.
