A Romanian driver travelling in Germany with his Toyota RAV4 experienced an unexpected breakdown. He stopped at a motorway service area on the A7 near Hamburg. When he wanted to continue driving, the engine suddenly failed. The Romanian spoke no German and didn't know how to get out of the situation. In his desperation, he called the AWHelp24 service, which offered him support in his native language. After consultation, AWHelp24 organised a towing service to the nearest workshop in order to fix the problem.
Especially when there are language barriers, finding help can be difficult. AWHelp24 specialises in breakdown assistance and mobility management for any type of vehicle and offers support throughout Germany.
