17.03.2021 a client called with a request for emergency repairs.
While driving on the motorway near Halle (Saale), the driver heard some unusual noises from the running gear of the vehicle.
He stopped at the nearest parking lot and called our Awhelp24 roadside assistance service. As a part of our mobile service, a team of mechanics was sent out to repair the truck at the place of the breakdown. As a result of diagnostics, the Awhelp24 team found out that the following parts needed to be replaced: hub, disc, pads, ABS ring, ABS sensor, nut and cover.
The whole repair took 4 hours and the truck was able to drive on.
